By gaining a wholesale account, you agree to the following:

• Our MOQ is 4 (per design)
• Handmade TAT is 2-9 business day turnaround depending on item (but this can vary and we will always update the shops banner with TAT
• Run preorders at your own risk. Again, RUN PREORDERS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• Apparel t's/sweatshirts are subject to change brands in closest color option depending on stock level. We will do our best to notify you of this change!
• Any retailer selling SSB t's under suggested retail will be IMMEDIATELY removed from our wholesale group and will have their account terminated. Suggested retail can be found on our Facebook page/website. Each item should be no less than the prices we have listed.
• New releases must not be put on sale for at least 30 days.
• Zero tolerance for copying our designs. You will be banned in all aspects, account will be terminated immediately, and will receive an email from our attorney.
• Open sizing S-3X always
• No returns unless item is sent damaged and in this case, we will work with you the best we can!
• If you receive a damaged tee, please email us at info@southernbellewholesale.com and we will get a return label sent out promptly. We must be notified of damaged items within 4 business days of receipt in order to process return.
• Orders will be paid for at time of order via Shopify and will ship through Shopify directly. We never send orders without their tracking numbers. If you did not receive it, odds are your email was incorrect at the time of checkout or it's in spam
• Damaged items will receive a replacement of that same item. If that particular tee is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit to your account.
• Absolutely NO BUY IN groups allowed. Anyone found to be selling SSB t's in a buy-in group will lose their wholesale account immediately. Please report anyone selling in a Buy-In group.
• No embroidery, vinyl, dtf, dtg, print shops, or ANYone that produce their own tees will be approved. Our team checks this thoroughly and do scout accounts already active every so often. Your account will be terminated.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Item descriptions are always available By ordering, you're accepting responsibility of reading product descriptions of each and every item ordered.
• Retail coupon codes are NOT valid for wholesale accounts. Any wholesale account that uses this will be refunded and that order will be cancelled immediately.
• We no longer offer zip code protection.
